Slow flow Yoga for public art
Bodhi Yoga February 15, 12:00PM
Join Alana for a community Slow Flow, a great beginners’ class! $5 donation with all donations benefiting public art in Downtown Farmington.
Slow Flow tends to be the foundation for many students new to yoga before exploring more advanced classes and pursuing specific fitness goals. Slow Flow connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. As the name would imply, the class slowly transitions the student from one position to another in a kind of gentle, synchronized dance, allowing time to explore individual postures so that the practitioner can build confidence and familiarity. Experienced students may still benefit from revisiting the fundamentals of alignment and further refining their own personal practices.
Open to the public with a $5 donation to public art. Click here to reserve your spot in advance.
Art of the Cocktail Bar Crawl
During the month of February, downtown Farmington businesses will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Public Art for each “Art Cocktail” sold.
Save a picture of your cocktail for additional fun at Heart the Art on February 22nd.
