We are excited to announce that 2010 Art on the Grand will be its own stand-alone event located right on the main street ? Grand River ?in the middle of town! Farmington is the historic downtown area, surrounded by the larger City of Farmington Hills, making this an unique urban fair with a small town charm.
A juried fine arts fair, Art on the Grand has found its way into the hearts of Michigan art lovers. The artist booth area is presented by the Farmington Hills Special Services Department's Cultural Arts Division in partnership with the Farmington Downtown Development Authority, Art on the Grand will showcase over 100 fine artists and crafts persons from across the country, working in various media, including paintings, sculpture, fiber, ceramics, glass, photography, and more. Other activities during the fair will include hands-on activities for children, wine and delectable food, live music, and much, much more.

Saturday, June 5 10am - 12N - Trio Reenactment Instrumental Jazz favorites 1pm - 3pm - David Gerald Mississippi Blues music with feeling and grit 4pm - 6pm - Farmington Community Band Classic and contemporary standards from the Big Band era 7pm - 11pm - bugs Beddow Band ($5 cover charge after 5 pm) Five-time winner Detroit Music Awards Best R&B Band
